Privacy Policy
Last updated 7 September 2026.
BB AI Limited (company number 17441545), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at Astute House, Wilmslow Road, Wilmslow, England, SK9 3HP, trading as Order At Tee ("we", "us"), operates ordertee.co.uk and the ordering pages used by golf clubs on our platform. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller, registration number ZC239971.
What we collect
Golf club owner/staff account details (name, email, phone). Golfer order details (name, phone, and email where given) — collected on behalf of, and primarily for the use of, the golf club taking the order.
Payments
When you provide payment or personal data at checkout, Stripe receives that data and processes it in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not store full card details.
How we use data
To operate the ordering platform, process payments, calculate and pay out each club's weekly share, route orders to the right collection point printer, and — for club staff — to send operational emails (order notifications, payout statements). Golfer data is used by the club to fulfil and follow up on the order, and is not used by us to market competing services to that golfer.
Cookies and analytics
ordertee.co.uk uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. This sets cookies that collect anonymised usage data; it does not run on club ordering pages or the admin dashboard. You can opt out using your browser's cookie settings or a tool such as Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Retention
Club account, order and customer data is retained for as long as the club's account is active, plus 14 days after cancellation to allow export, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold. Contact help@ordertee.co.uk.
