1. What Order At Tee provides

Order At Tee is a QR-code food and drink ordering platform for golf clubs: a menu builder for any number of collection points, order routing and printing at the right counter, an owner dashboard, and collection of customer payments with a weekly payout to your club by bank transfer — provided on a self-serve, no-contract basis.

2. Signing up

You sign up yourself, without a sales call: club name, your web address, and where orders can be collected. Your club goes live once signup is complete. Before you can take live customer orders, add your bank account details in your dashboard's Payments page (see Payments, below) so we know where to send your weekly payout — online ordering stays switched off until this is done.

3. Fees

There is no setup cost, no monthly fee and no contract. Every customer payment is collected by us, in full, onto our own Stripe account. Order At Tee takes 10% of gross order value (VAT inclusive) as a platform fee, and pays the remaining 90% to your club by bank transfer, automatically every week. If your club has a quiet week, you owe nothing, and nothing is transferred. Payouts are made weekly for the previous week's orders, once Stripe has settled the funds. A minimum payout of £20 applies: if your net payout for a week is under £20, it isn't transferred that week and rolls forward, and is added to the following week's payout until the total reaches £20. A £2 minimum order value applies to orders placed through the platform.

4. Optional hardware and setup services

Printed signage, printer setup, and remote or on-site setup are optional, priced separately at signup, and are not part of the revenue share described above. Once purchased and delivered or performed, these are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Payments

Payment processing is provided by Stripe on our own Stripe account, subject to the Stripe Terms of Service. We collect each customer payment in full and hold it only until your club's next scheduled weekly payout, at which point your 90% share is sent to the bank account you have given us. By using Order At Tee's payment features, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms as well as ours.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the bank account details you provide for payout. We are not liable for a payout sent to an incorrect account because the details you supplied were wrong or out of date.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of your menu, pricing, allergen information and VAT treatment;
• fulfilling orders placed through the platform, and keeping your collection points, hours and prep times up to date;
• complying with age-verification requirements (for example, Challenge 25) for any age-restricted items you choose to sell, such as alcohol;
• keeping the bank account details in your dashboard's Payments page accurate and up to date, and reviewing your weekly payout against the Disbursements page in your dashboard.

Order At Tee is not a party to the sale of food or drink between your club and the golfer placing the order.

7. Cancelling

You can stop using Order At Tee at any time, from your own dashboard or by contacting us — no exit fee and no notice period. After cancellation, your account data is kept for 14 days so you can export it or change your mind, and is deleted after that window.

8. Data

You own the order history and customer data collected through your club's account, and can request an export at any time, including during the 14-day window described above. See our Privacy Policy for how we and Stripe handle personal data.

9. Liability

Order At Tee provides the platform "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the platform fees you have paid in the three months before a claim arises. We are not liable for losses arising from Stripe's processing of payments, which is governed by Stripe's own terms, nor for a delayed or misdirected weekly payout caused by bank details you supplied incorrectly or did not keep up to date, nor for the quality, safety or preparation of the food and drink your club supplies — that responsibility remains yours.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Order At Tee after a change means you accept the update. If we change our fees, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new rate takes effect, and you are free to cancel within that notice period.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
